PGA Greater Gwinnett Championship
Just one week after the Masters, the Greater Gwinnett Championship Presented by Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating provides a close-to-home, affordable golf tournament option. The tournament is an official event on the PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour, so golf fans will get to see notable players who’ve made their way through the ranks. Plus, kids under 16 get in free, making it a truly cost-efficient activity.
Monday is free admission for all, and spectators can watch the Matt Ryan Celebrity-Am Classic as the Falcons QB will play alongside other players and local sports celebrities for the Aflac Cancer Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
– Kids get into the tournament free Wednesday-Sunday.
– Saturday will feature kid’s day activities such as local mascot visits, face painting and golf games, as well as the Atlanta Junior Golf Skills Challenge.
In addition to providing a low-cost event for kids and adults, families can feel good about supporting a tournament whose proceeds benefit local charities: Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation Concussion Institute.
Want to win free tickets, just comment and a random winner will be chosen.
